Crowned Elite Athletics is proud to offer a wide variety of classes including tumbling, flight, coed stunting, jumps and flexibility in our gym in Savannah, GA.
Tumbling and stunting are a huge aspects of cheerleading, especially at the competitive level (High/Middle School & All-Star). Our classes are also a great way to get started with competitive, game day and other types of cheerleading. These classes also a great way to build self confidence, body control, and physical fitness. We offer a variety of classes for children age 4 and up, ranging from very basic to advanced levels.
Work with our amazing staff of former all star and collegiate cheerleaders, along with several gymnastic coaches, to learn the skills necessary to progress to the next level! Our tumbling coaches are USASF Certified Levels 1-5.

Tot Time classes begin to teach basic stretching and tumbling skills. In these fun classes, Mom (Dad or Grandparents) will help the child with front rolls, stretching, splits and other exercises. Coaches will introduce children to the trampoline, teaching bouncing skills and building leg muscles that cheerleaders will need later on to perform jumps and flips. Many of the things learned in these classes can be repeated at home to strengthen skills and ability even more.
Ages 18 months - 3 years.
Our Little Cheer class is designed for girls and boys ages 3-5, and focuses on providing a fun and educational experience for young athletes. This program introduces each little cheerleader to all aspects of tumbling and will prepare them for future movement into one of our higher level tumbling classes. Your athlete will be taught proper stretching technique and these specific skills: Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll, Left and Right Side Cartwheel, Round Off Rebound, Bridge Up, Bridge Down and an understanding of the Back Bend Kick Over as well as get an introduction to various cheer motions.
Perfect for anyone ready to learn to tumble! We divide our beginner classes by age groups so that each group can get the most out of their class.

Intermediate tumbling starts to focus on the next skill progressions up from beginner Tumbling. You should take intermediate Tumbling if you have been in a tumbling class before, and can do all the skills listed in Beginner Tumbling. This class teaches:
Advanced Tumbling focuses on advanced tumbling and linking skills together for strong tumbling passes. You should take Advanced Tumbling if you can do all the skills in Beginner & Intermediate Tumbling.

Learn the basics of stunts to become a phenomenal competition cheerleader. Our level 1/2 stunt class offered to all athletes who would like to learn the basic skills required to stunt. Teaching several technique drills and sequences for flyers, bases and back spot, this is class is a great way to learn or improve stunting skills for all star and school tryouts.
Learn advanced stunts to become a phenomenal competition cheerleader. Our level 3+ stunt class offered to all athletes who have previous stunting experience either in all star or school cheer. Teaching several technique drills and sequences for flyers, bases and back spot, this is class is a great way to learn or improve stunting skills for all star and school tryouts.
Master the progression of flying skills until they can be executed safely and properly in our CoEd Stunting Class! This class is features advanced and collegiate level stunting for guys & girls wanting to cheer in college, and/or for athletes wanting to gain confidence in the air, and perfect body positions. Athletes will work on the proper body positions as well as level appropriate load ins and dismounts.

Stretching and flexibility are not only beneficial for jumps and flight, they reduce the overall risk of injury for all star athletes as well as athletes in our tumbling classes. In this class athletes will learn proper techniques of stretching the right, left, and middle splits, proper back flexibility, and proper shoulder flexibility.
Jumps within cheerleading routines are crucial. Our instructors will train proper arm and leg placement to perform each jump successfully and correctly. Athletes will learn Toe Touch, Pike Jump, Hurdlers, Combination Jumps, and Jumps into Tumbling.
This class is perfect for current and aspiring competition cheerleaders!
Ages 5 and up are welcome!
Offered various Fridays, this drop in clinic allows athletes to get a full hour dedicated to mastering back handsprings.
5PM - 6PM

Come out to our gym on Friday nights for a chance to work on your skills in a structured and safe setting with your friends. You will have fun, enhance your skills, and bond with your cheer family.

Is your high school team in need of enhanced tumbling skills? Bring your entire team, or a group of your choosing, to our facility to learn the skills necessary to win championships!
Let our former collegiate cheer staff help you reach the collegiate level. They know what it takes because they did it themselves! This is a one on one or small group session. We will also set up private sessions with the many collegiate coaches we have established relationships with. We will do our best to groom you into the perfect collegiate cheerleader!!
Cheerleading is a very physically demanding sport and cheerleaders must be in excellent shape to perform all of the necessary skills. Different fitness activities that help improve overall strength and endurance can be incorporated into practice or they can be performed in a class format. While our cheerleaders will be challenged during their team practices, we will be offering private and group fitness sessions that will be geared towards making our cheerleaders the fittest in the industry!
